Section Per 1209.01 - Relation to Other Forms of Leave(a) An employee who is medically unable to work during pregnancy or postpartum may use sick leave during the period of time that the employee is medically unable to work.(b) Employees applying for sick leave relating to pregnancy shall comply with the same application and physician statement requirements as employees who apply for sick leave due to other health-related disabilities.N.H.
