Section Per 1203.12 - Leave of Absence in Relation to Annual Leave(a) Any employee who requests a leave of absence without pay shall not be required to utilize and exhaust any annual leave prior to being granted such leave of absence.(b) When an employee is sick but has no available sick leave, the appointing authority shall not be required to grant annual leave for such absence except to the extent required by law.(c) Anemployee shall not be entitled to accrue annual leave during a leave of absence without pay.N.H.
