Section Per 1203.01 - Formula for Determining Annual Leave(a) Full-time employees shall be entitled to annual leave with full pay based on Table 1203-1. Each employee's entitlement shall be computed at the end of each completed full month of service. Employees rendering seasonal or temporary service in excess of 6 months shall be entitled to annual leave at the same rate for time actually worked. Annual leave shall be cumulative for not more than the prescribed maximum number of days and shall not lapse.(b) Appointing authorities shall use Table 1203-1 below to determine the amount of authorized annual leave: | Table 1203-1 | |
