Section Pdab 204.01 - Petitions(a) Any person or party may request a declaratory ruling from the board on matters within its jurisdiction by filing an original petition and a copy for each member of the board, which includes the following information:(1) The exact ruling being requested, including any rule or statute implicated;(2) The statutory and factual basis for the ruling, including any supporting affidavits or memoranda of law; and(3) A statement as to how the language of the rule or statute applies to the circumstances of the petitioner's case.(b) Any petition for declaratory ruling which does not contain the information required in (a) above shall not be accepted by the board.N.H.
