Section Pdab 202.04 - Date of Issuance or Filing of Documents(a) All decisions, orders, notices, or other written correspondence or documents issued by or at the direction of the board shall be presumed to have been issued on the date noted on the document.(b) All written documents governed by these rules shall be deemed to have been filed with or received by the board on the actual date of receipt by the board, as evidenced by a date stamp placed on the document by the board in the normal course of business.(c) A decision, order, notice, or other written correspondence or document issued by the board shall be deemed to have been received on the day it is: (1) Sent by certified or registered mail; or(2) Faxed or sent electronically, if delivery is by electronic mail.N.H.
