Section Pda 707.06 - Written Notification and Return of Permit Required in Certain Circumstances(a) A permit holder shall provide written notification to the division within 15 days of the sale or other disposition of the vessel for which a state-owned restricted pier slip permit has been issued.(b) A person required under (a) above to provide written notification to the division shall return the permit to the division within 15 days of the event requiring notification under (a) above.N.H.
