Section Pda 707.04 - Hearings; Notice of Denial(a) Any hearing required pursuant to Pda 707.03 shall be held by the division director or designee.(b) If a permit is denied or revoked under Pda 707.03(b) after notice and opportunity for a hearing, notice of the denial or revocation and the reason(s) therefor shall be sent to the applicant in writing within 10 working days of the decision.N.H.
