Section Pda 603.10 - Storage of Property at State-Owned Commercial Piers Restricted(a) No person shall store any vessel, trailer, equipment, or other property at a state-owned commercial pier or associated facilities unless the person has entered into a written contractual storage agreement with the division.(b) Lobster bait shall not be stored on a state-owned commercial pier or associated facilities in excess of 24 hours.(c) The division shall maintain wait lists for summer and winter vessel storage in accordance with Pda 605.01 when a vessel storage facility is at capacity.(d) The division shall designate summer or winter storage areas, or both, at state-owned commercial piers.N.H.
