Section Pda 502.13 - Mean low water line

means the "mean low water line" as determined by the United States National Geodetic Survey, and indicated on National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Coast Survey Charts, United States - East Coast, Maine - New Hampshire, North American Datum of 1983, published by the United States Department of Commerce in 1984.
