Section Pda 308.02 - Denial(a) The authority shall deny the pilot's request under Pda 308.01 if the authority determines that, if the request were granted, there would be insufficient pilots available to safely manage vessels in the pilotage area.(b) If the authority denies the pilot's request under Pda 308.01 to be absent from the pilotage area, the reasons for denial shall be stated in writing.N.H.
