Section Pda 101.23 - Mooring

"Mooring" means a mooring anchor, or other object, structure, apparatus or stationary point, whose purpose is to provide for securing a vessel to the bottom of state tidal waters and which is designed to be left in position permanently or on a seasonal basis, including, but not limited to, floats and rafts, together with attached anchors, chains, cables, ropes, pennants and related equipment, with or without a mooring buoy.
