Section Pas 309.03 - Renewal Registration Certificate

(a) The renewal registration certificate form shall include the following:

(1) Tramway number, if available;

(2) Name and location of passenger tramway;

(3) Operator name(s) and address(es);

(4) Owner's name and address;

(5) The seasons of operation;

(6) Length of tow or lift;

(7) Type of passenger tramway and registration fee;

(8) Date issued;

(9) Whether the tramway was operated in the previous year;

(10) Whether the tramway is in compliance with these rules;

(11) Name of insurance company covering tramway; and

(12) Signature of operator.
