Section Pas 308.01 - Notice

(a) Notice of an emergency shutdown order as set forth in RSA 255-A:18-a shall be issued on the "Passenger Tramway Safety Board Emergency Order" form.

(b) The form in (a) above, shall include the following:

(1) Date;

(2) Name of person to whom the order is directed;

(3) Order to shutdown tramway;

(4) Tramway plate number;

(5) Statement of duration of the order;

(6) Signature of board member issuing the order, or his/her agent;

(7) Affidavit of service, including:

a.Name of person to whom the order is served;

b.Date and time of service; and

c.Signature of person making service.
