Section Pas 305.07 - Operation Restricted(a) New installations shall be put into service for use by the general public only after testing and issuance of a registration.(b) Installations that have undergone modifications, shall be put into service for use by the general public only after the following has been completed: (1) Application has been made to the board of the modification and has been approved by the board;(2) Completion of any testing required by the board and the designer engineer;(3) Certified "as-built" plans have been submitted to the board;(4) Certification from a qualified engineer that the lift conforms to the "as-built" plans have been submitted to the board; and(5) Issuance of a registration.(c) Upon request, the board shall issue an exception to the requirement set forth in (b)(3) above provided that a qualified engineer conducts the test required in Pas 305.02 and the engineer submits a certified copy of the results of the test with a statement certifying that the tramway meets all applicable code requirements.N.H.
