Section Pari 808.14 - Payment of Purses(a) Purses shall be paid by licensees directly to kennels and owners in accordance with the contracts between them.(b) Each purse payment shall be accompanied by a report showing: (1) Calculation of the purse amount due for each greyhound;(2) Calculations made on the basis of each week, and on the basis of the racing meet up to the date of the payment, of the relative standings of the kennels based on wins; and(3) Calculations on the basis of each week of the money earned by the kennel operator.(c) When greyhounds run a tie or a dead heat for any finish for which there is a purse, the purse shall be distributed equally.N.H.
