Section Pari 806.43 - Qualifications for Greyhound Assistant Racing Secretary or Clerk to the Racing Secretary

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for an assistant racing secretary's license under Pari 806.01(a) (10) or a clerk to the racing secretary's license under Pari 806.01(a) (11) shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and

(b) Be recommended by for the occupational license by a licensed racing secretary who agrees to supervise the applicant.
