Section Pari 806.38 - Qualifications for Greyhound Assistant Trainer or Kennel HelperIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for an assistant trainer's license under Pari 806.01(a) (4) or a kennel helper's license under Pari 806.01(a) (5) shall:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age;(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by 2 persons who the applicant has known for at least 2 years and who are not relatives;(c) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as an assistant greyhound trainer; and(d) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person licensed in the area in which licensure is sought who has agreed to supervise the applicant.N.H.
