Section Pari 806.33 - Additional Provisions Regarding Judge's Licenses(a) Judge's application forms may be submitted without provision of the recommendation of the director of the commission;(b) Judge's application forms submitted without the recommendation of the director under (a) above shall be forwarded to the director for review;(c) The director shall make his or her recommendation as to licensure of a judge within 10 days of the time an applicant submits his or her request for a recommendation to the director;(d) Following review and recommendation by the director under (a) - (c) above, the director shall forward the application form to the commission;(e) Recommendations of the director of the commission shall be in the form of either:(1) A writing separate from the application form that contains: b. The name of the applicant;c. The date of the document; andd. The director's recommendation; or(2) The placement of a signature on the application form as provided in (f) below.(f) A director of the commission wishing to provide his or her recommendation regarding the licensure of an applicant by the placement of a signature on the application form as provided in (e) (2) above shall place, in an area below the signature line of an application form marked "for official use only": (1) His or her signature on the preprinted signature line provided for the director of the commission;(2) His or her name in print; and(3) His or her yes or no answer to the preprinted question "Do you recommend the applicant for approval as an occupational licensee in the position specified?"N.H.
