Section Pari 803.11 - Duties of the Timer

(a) The timer shall time the race from the opening of the door of the starting box to its finish.

(b) The timer shall use a back-up device to time the race if the main timing device does not

function properly.

(c) When the timer uses a back-up device to determine the time of the race, the timer shall inform the board.
