Section Pari 803.03 - Duties of The Director of Racing(a) The director of racing shall have supervisory authority over kennel operators, greyhound owners, trainers, kennel helpers, lead-outs and all racing officials in matters not within the authority of the board.(b) The director of racing shall ascertain that all persons under his or her supervision are properly trained in the discharge of their duties.(c) Licensees may reassign some or all of the duties of the director of racing to the racing secretary as long as they give written notice to the commission of the reassignment of duties.N.H.
