Section Pari 802.02 - Qualifying Conditions for Purse Races(a) Licensees shall set the conditions for qualifying greyhounds for entry into purse races.(b) The qualifying conditions shall be a set of requirements that the greyhounds: (1) Run a course of a specified distance in a specified time period; or(2) Complete the race in a specified finish position.(c) Licensees shall: (1) Notify the commission of the qualifying conditions they have set at least 3 days before the first day of the racing meet;(2) Keep the qualifying conditions continuously posted on the notice board on the racing premises; and(3) Notify the commission of any change in the qualifying conditions.N.H.
