Section Pari 801.55 - Reasonable suspicion testing

"Reasonable suspicion testing" means the testing of a greyhound for foreign substances on the basis of:

(a) Discovery of foreign substances in greyhounds of the same kennel; or

(b) A report that someone has had the opportunity to administer or apply a foreign substance to the greyhound or to make a foreign substance accessible to the greyhound.
