Section Pari 605.50 - Qualifications for Food Concession Employee or Admissions EmployeeIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a food concession employee or an admissions employee shall:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age;(b) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as a food concession or admissions employee;(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and(d) Possess basic skills in mathematics so as to enable the person to make change and balance accounts.N.H.
