Section Pari 605.43 - Qualifications for Harness Director of Racing, Horseman's Bookkeeper, Clerk of the Course, Photo Finish Operator, Video Equipment Operator or TimerIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a harness director of racing, horseman's bookkeeper, clerk of the course, photo finish operator, video equipment operator or timer shall:
(a) Be a member of the USTA;(b) Have successfully served in on-the-job training under the supervision of a person currently or formerly licensed in the occupational category in which the applicant seeks licensure; and(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15.N.H.
