N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 502.04

Section Pari 502.04 - Reports Required

Licensees shall submit the following reports to the commission:

(a) On a daily basis, a report detailing the amount of money wagered in each pari-mutuel pool and the pari-mutuel tax payable to the commission for each race performance; and

(b) Annually, by June 1, a report by a New Hampshire certified public accountant stating each of the items specified in RSA 284:32-a and:

(1) The number of admissions;

(2) The amount of pari-mutuel pools sales;

(3) The amount of pari-mutuel taxes paid; and

(4) The names of the officers, directors, administrative officials, pari-mutuel officials and racing officials.
