Section Pari 502.02 - Waiver of Rules(a) A licensee seeking a waiver of any rule shall do so by submitting to the commission a written request describing the waiver sought and the reasons for granting the waiver.(b) The commission shall grant the waiver if it determines that:(1) Compliance with the rule is rendered unnecessary by new technology or innovative design or construction of facilities; and(2) The purpose of the rule would be achieved even if the waiver were granted.N.H.
