N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 302.18

Section Pari 302.18 - Stockholder

"Stockholder" means:

(a) For privately held organizations, all individualsor organizations holding shares of stock of an applicant; or

(b) For publicly held organizations, individualsor organizations holding 10% or more of the publicly-held shares of stock of the applicant or other voting interest in the applicant.
