N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 302.15

"Racing premises" means the course, grandstand, concession stands, offices, areas for the housing and management of animals, employee housing facilities, if any, parking lots, and all real property utilized, or proposed to be utilized, by a licensee in the conduct of its horse or dog racing enterprise. This term includes the "racing plant" referred to in RSA 284:15, I(e).
