N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 302.04

"Executive officer" means an individual, including but not limited tothe president, chief executive officer, chairman of the board, partner who is actively involved in management, trustee or other officer of an organization, who is authorized to submit an application on behalf of the applicant, enter into agreements on the organization's behalf or otherwise bind the organization.
