Section Pari 301.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the qualifications and application procedures for individuals or organizations applying for:

(a) Licenses for the racing of harness or running horses under RSA 284:15; or

(b) Licenses for the racing of dogs under RSA 284:15-a.
