Section Pari 1108.03 - Reporting Requirements for Charitable Organizations(a) Each licensed charitable organization shall complete and submit a "Lucky 7 Monthly Financial Report (L7MFR)" (September 2014) to the commission to document the organization's income and expenses with regard to lucky 7 activities.(b) In accordance with RSA 287-E:24, I, the charitable organization shall submit a complete financial report for each license issued under RSA 287-E:20 to the commission within 105 days from the date of issue and every 90 days thereafter, or within 15 days after the expiration date of the license, whichever occurs first.(c) Failure to submit a L7MFR within the timeframe noted in (b) above, shall subject the charitable organization to administrative action, including but not limited to a verbal warning, letter of warning, administrative order, administrative fine, a suspension, a revocation, a referral to the attorney general's office or any combination of thereof.N.H.
