Section Pari 1101.02 - Scope

This chapter shall apply to:

(a) Manufacturers of lucky 7 tickets, lucky 7 ticket dispensing devices and associated equipment;

(b) Distributors of lucky 7 tickets lucky 7 ticket dispensing devices and associated equipment; and

(c) Charitable organizations which sell lucky 7 tickets.
