Section Par 303.02 - Eligibility for Medical Parole

The board shall consider for medical parole any prisoner who meets the criteria set forth in RSA 651-A:10-a, I (a) , (b) and (c). A medical parole hearing shall be convened once the board receives a formal request for such from the commissioner of the department of corrections.
