Section Par 210.01 - Record of the Hearing

(a) A record of the hearing shall be kept by compact disc recording electronically.

(b) If any person requests a copy of the record, the board shall provide the person with a copy of the recording upon receipt of a blank disc from the requesting person or through other electronic means.
