Section Par 207.02 - Notice of Hearing(a) A notice of a hearing issued by the board shall contain the information required by RSA 541-A:31, III, namely: (1) A statement of the time, place, and nature of the hearing;(2) A statement of the legal authority under which the hearing is to be held;(3) A reference to the particular sections of the statutes and rules involved;(4) A short and plain statement of the issues involved; and(5) A statement that the parolee has the right to have an attorney present, either at the parolee's expense or, if the parolee is indigent, at expense of the state.(b) Upon request the board shall, when possible, furnish a more detailed statement of the issues within a reasonable time.(c) A notice of hearing shall be hand-delivered or sent through prison messenger mail to each inmate involved.
