Section Par 205.04 - Delivery of Documents(a) Copies of all petitions, motions, exhibits, memoranda, or other documents filed by a party to a proceeding governed by these rules shall be delivered by that party to all other parties to the proceeding.(b) All notices, orders, decisions or other documents issued by the presiding officer pursuant to this chapter, shall be delivered by the presiding officer to all parties to the proceeding.(c) Delivery of all documents relating to a proceeding shall be made by personal delivery, by electronic means or by depositing a copy of the document by first class mail, postage prepaid, in the United States mail, addressed to the party at the last address given to the agency by the party.(d) Notwithstanding paragraphs (a) through (c), when a party appears by a representative, service shall be upon the representative at the address stated on the appearance filed by the representative.N.H.
