Section Par 203.06 - Witnesses(a) The inmate may have family members, friends, professional persons, employers, or other witnesses present to discuss the case with the board, provided their names and relationship to the inmate are filed with the executive assistant. The board shall order removed from the hearing room any witness whose conduct disrupts the parole hearing.(b) Pursuant to RSA 651-A:11, the board shall invite or permit the attendance of any other witnesses, including but not limited to, the county attorney or designee, and chief of police from the jurisdiction in which the offense was committed.(c) The victim or victim's next of kin if the victim is dead, may speak at a parole hearing, either personally or through counsel, pursuant to RSA 651-A:11-a.N.H.
