Section Odb 402.09 - Corrective action contractor

"Corrective action contractor" means an individual or company that is primarily in the business of providing corrective action services, has the necessary equipment and facilities, and employs appropriately-trained, experienced personnel with current U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration certification.
