Section Odb 402.04 - Capital equipment

"Capital equipment" means electronic, chemical, mechanical, or structural equipment installed to perform contamination source removal or treatment, which has a long-term life greater than 2 years and has an initial value or purchase cost, either individually or as an aggregate, of $10,000.00 or more.
