Section Odb 203.02 - Request for Hearing(a) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board or the department may request a hearing within 30 days of the decision notification date. Such requests shall include a statement of the relief sought and the rule or statutory provision under which the relief is sought.(b) The board shall establish a date and time for a hearing and provide notice in accordance with Odb 203.10.N.H. Admin. Code § Odb 203.02
