Section Nur 704.06 - Instructor Qualifications(a) The sponsoring institution shall submit for faculty approval for program instructors. The sponsoring institution shall complete and submit Form "Approval for Board Approved Education Programs," 11-14-13;(b) The instructor shall: (1) Comply with Nur 704.04(b) (1) and Nur 704.04(b)(3); or (2) Comply with Nur 704.04(b)(3) and possess a current New Hampshire unencumbered licensed practical nurse license (LPN) or a multi-state LPN license issued by a compact state.N.H.
