An MNA who has any reason to believe that he or she has made an error in the administration of medication shall:
(a) Immediately report to the following people a possible or known error in the administration of medication: (1) The licensee who delegated the task involving the administration of medication; and(2) The MNA's immediate supervisor in the facility, institution or agency in which the possible or known error occurred, if such supervisor is someone other than the delegating licensee; and(b) Assist the delegating licensee and the immediate supervisor in the setting in which the possible or known error occurred in the completion of any document for reporting error which required to be completed.N.H.
