Section Nur 205.04 - Failure to Comply with Rules(a) Failure to comply with the rules of this chapter shall result in: (1) Refusal of a noncompliant document for filing;(2) Denial or conditional denial of a noncompliant application, petition, or motion; or(3) Issuance of an order adverse to noncompliant person.
