Section Nur 205.02 - Subscription and Veracity of Documents(a) All complaints, petitions, motions, and replies filed with the board shall be signed by the proponent of the document or, if the party appears by representative, by the representative.(b) The applicant's signature on a document filed with the board shall be certification that: (1) The applicant has read the document;(2) The applicant is authorized to file it;(3) To the best of the applicant's knowledge, information, and belief, there are good grounds to support it; and(4) The document has not been filed for purposes of delay or harassment.(c) A willful violation of (b) , above, shall cause the board to issue an order adverse to the party committing the violation.N.H.
