Section Nuh 217.01 - Explanation after Adoption(a) Any person may request an explanation regarding adoption of the rules pursuant to RSA 541-A:11, VII by submitting a request to the board.(b) The request shall be considered at the next scheduled board meeting and the board shall issue a response within 45 days after consideration.N.H.
