Section Nat 409.02 - Controlled Substances

If controlled substances that are on the formulary are on the premises, naturopathic doctors shall follow all requirements set forth in the Controlled Drug Act, RSA 318-B. Failure to do so shall result in the board determining whether sanctions are appropriate under Nat 404.05.
