Section Nat 214.01 - Petitions for RulemakingAny person may seek the adoption, amendment or repeal of a rule by submitting to the board a petition pursuant to RSA 541-A:4 which shall contain:
(a) The name and address of the individual petitioner or, if the request is that of an entity, the identity of the entity and the name and address of the representative authorized by the entity to file the petition;(b) A statement of the purpose of the petition, whether the adoption, amendment or repeal of a rule;(c) If amendment or adoption of a rule is sought, the text proposed;(d) If amendment or repeal of a rule is sought, identification of the current rule sought to be amended or repealed;(e) Reference to the statutory provision which authorizes or supports the rulemaking petition; and(f) Information or argument useful to the board when deciding whether to begin the rulemaking process.N.H.
