Section Mtec 205.19 - Evidence(a) Receipt of evidence and official notice of facts, the record of other proceedings before the board, generally recognized scientific or technical facts, or codes or standards adopted by the board shall be governed by the provisions of RSA 541-A:33.(b) All objections to the admissibility of evidence shall be stated as early as possible in the hearing, but not later than the time the evidence is offered.N.H.
