Section Mtec 205.13 - Record of the Hearings
(a) The board shall record all hearings by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record of the proceedings.
(b) A record of the hearing shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the agency in all hearings involving emergency action ordering the immediate suspension of a registration in accordance with RSA 541-A:30, III.
(c) If any person requests a transcript of the board's recording of a hearing, the board shall:
(1) Cause an estimate of the cost to transcribe the recording to be prepared and provided to the person requesting the transcript; and
(2) Upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, authorize preparation of the transcript and transmittal of the document to the board and a copy to the person making the request.
(d) At the request of any party submitted to the agency in writing at least 10 days prior to the day of the proceeding, the record of the proceeding shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the agency at the requesting party's expense in accordance with RSA 541-A:31, VII-a.
