Section Mirt 220.03 - Results of Voluntary License Surrender

A licensee who has voluntarily surrendered a license shall not practice the profession which the surrendered license previously entitled the licensee to practice unless the license has been reinstated or a new license has been issued pursuant to the rules of the board.
